I wanted to surprise my wife for Valentines day with SRX. On the day I was to pick up the car, my sale rep picked me up at home so I would be able to get transportation to get car. I wanted no one to know of surprise.. the dealership was expedient in getting car ready for me to drive home.. Normally, I don't do survey well. But I need to tell you something. I was very lucky that I met salesperson Mr. Sam Sung. He was perfect. So nice and kind. He delivered this car to my home himself. And explained all the car's features, functions, set up OnStar. It took almost 1 hour then I understood all. He called dealer to pick him up. I called and visit 4-5 other Cadillac dealers before. No one wanted talk about standard option. Even all other dealers said, I'll call you back when we get it. I waited more than one week with rented car. No one called me back. On website, I found Bewley Allen dealer and I called them, operator transferred Mr. Sam Sung. He found this car within 20 minutes. Same day I contracted. I understand that standard options car has low commission. Mr. Sam Sung smiled at me and said, "Mr. Park, its OK.You'll have premium Escalade next time."Thank you I will and I'll see you again that time. (Ryu Park)
